This Plastic Odyssey Fund Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes the types of information Plastic Odyssey Fund, a California nonprofit company (“Company” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may collect from you (“you”), that you may provide to us when you use the website https://www.plasticodyssey.fund/, any other websites created and maintained by Company, or any services provided via such websites that link to this Policy (the “Website”). This Policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing such information. By accessing or using the Website or services we provide (“Services”), you agree to this Policy.
